A gentle Hatha yoga class with breathwork, stretching and visualisation – suitable for all levels.
Cost:
5 Class Pass – $100.00
10 Class Pass – $200.00
Casuals: $25 per class
1:1 Classes are also available with or without Yoga Therapy.
