General yoga classes are designed to give ease and comfort to all areas of the body and to provide a safe environment to work within the limitations your body is offering you now. They are holistic and include breath-work and meditation.
Beginners are very welcome.
With ease and persistence, fluidity, flexibility and mobility can be gained not only within the body, but by working with the breath and as you move through the postures, calmness and clarity of mind can also be achieved.
No matter what your stage of life, yoga can help you experience a richer, more fulfilling life in mind, body and spirit.
