Prenatal Yoga is a safe and gentle way to confidently prepare your body and mind for delivery of your baby. The short nine months during pregnancy hardly give our bodies enough time to adapt to the massive changes that carrying a baby requires, however with healthy and gentle movements, breathing techniques and visualisations, you can ensure your body can be in the best shape to confidently birth your bub.
It is recommended that you attend prenatal yoga, or any yoga class, after the first trimester for safety reasons and especially for you to have overcome morning sickness, should this have occurred.
